We're a Phoenix owned company. All warranty work is performed in-house. This is a benefit you can only get by buying local. Much of the equipment purchased out of state has a parts only warranty. If the equipment breaks, they mail you parts. We'd never do that. We have a team of technicians who work around the clock keeping Phoenix restaurants up and running. Should anything ever break under warranty, they would drop what they were doing and come right out to see you.

Equipped with 10 adjustments for humidity level, you can easily manage the moisture level to quickly change modes. This unit maintains temperatures from 80°F to 220°F, perfect for keeping food at the right proofing/holding temperature.

Thanks to its spacious interior, this holding cabinet holds up to 18 pans and has detachable slides for easy loading and unloading. The transparent polycarbonate door provides optimal visibility of what’s inside while it’s 90° stay-open feature allow for easy access. Made from high quality stainless steel, this insulated heater/proofer will withstand years of commercial use. Equipped with four casters, staff can easily move this holding cabinet around the kitchen.
