Now Hiring Experienced Local Cooking Equipment Technician Hot Side Repairman

We are looking for seasoned technicians to join our positive and fast-paced environment. You’ll be driving our company vehicle to and from customer sites to install, service and repair commercial kitchen equipment (hot side) equipment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Service Requests (service calls)
  • Troubleshoot and perform restaurant equipment repair (mostly hot side)
  • Communicates effectively with customers and branch office regarding status of repairs
  • Completes service tickets according to procedures
  • Maintaining current vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Performing manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier
  • items with additional manpower or appropriate devices

 

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate/GED or the equivalent NOT REQUIRED! All we care is that you can repair : )
  • CFESA certification is not required, but a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record (you’ll be driving our truck)
  • Experience of electrical and control circuit knowledge required
  • You’ll need to own industry’s standard hand tools
  • And successfully complete and pass: a criminal background check, drug test, and driver’s license check
  • MUST BE ABLE TO Diagnose and repair: commercial ovens, convection ovens, gas pizza ovens, fryers, grills, griddles, and charbroilers.
  • We can’t keep up with all the service call we’re getting, and we need your help.
